Founded in 1973, Top Security Rangers UK Ltd (TSR) has demonstrated commitment to providing professional and reliable services to our clients across a range of industries.

We have worked tirelessly to provide full cycle security services to our clients, and our staff are selected because of their training, keen insights, and dedication to providing exceptional service and upholding our stringent standards.

Our client’s security begins far before we ever meet them with an extensive vetting process for all potential new hires. By integrating extensive background checks and a specialised training process that is second-to-none, TSR’s employees are uniquely prepared to handle any situation.

Our staff members also undergo additional trainings developed by the nationally recognised training service: Security Industry Authority (SIA). SIA training prepares our staff on a variety of procedures and processes and give them a skill set that enables them to meet and exceed our high standards.

Our Approach: TSR is committed to maintaining a core competency, based on best practices that meet the needs of the private security industry. With consideration taken for the National Occupational Standards that govern individual competencies and assess what an individual needs to adequately carry out key tasks. These competencies govern core activities of Mobile services and manned guarding, and we accept that there may be specific competencies that have not previously been addressed. However, we continuously consult with key stakeholders to improve the standards of our training and our qualifications.
